Route, perform, and complete report per inspection in the assigned territory.
Meet time service deadlines, typically 15-20 days.
Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings, hazards/deficiencies, and sketch the footprint of the home and outbuildings when needed.
Input information into the proprietary system.

Property Inspection experience is a plus
General construction knowledge
Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training
