Responsibilities

Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure a seamless process of fabricating and erecting structural steel, miscellaneous metals, joist, and metal deck for assigned projects.

Read specifications and blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.

Create and establish schedules that encompass all stages of the project, from preconstruction planning to closeout procedures.

Communicate and coordinate with other project contractors to maintain the schedule, deliver materials, and resolve any design conflicts.

Utilize expertise in the BIM process to coordinate the steel package with other trade contractors.

Prepare, review, and maintain critical documents in both hard copy and electronic formats.
