Responsibilities

Financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of credit and covenant compliance.

Assisting Portfolio Manager with analysis and credit packages for new loan requests.

Assisting Portfolio Manager with loan modifications, including increases, amendments, and waivers.

Conducting annual grade reviews.

Creating financial spreads using the bank spreading system.

Completing the Bank’s cash flow model for new and existing loan requests.

Ensuring compliance with EWB regulatory and credit requirements.

Assisting in accurately risk rating loans.

Ensuring the portfolio administration and risk management of each client relationship is in compliance with established EWB credit policy, procedure, and business strategy as well as commercial and regulatory guidelines.

Performing other administrative duties required for the maintenance of a portfolio of clients.

Performing other duties and special projects as needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, background in Accounting preferred.

Demonstrates knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting.

Must be comfortable with business writing.

Must be proficient in Excel for purposes of financial modeling.

Excellent interpersonal skills with focus on quality and integrity.
