Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive educational plans and campaigns to drive adoption of programs among healthcare professionals and field representatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling materials, including, training presentations, brochures, and digital content, focused on program adoption.
Drive the development of provider focused messaging and content that effectively communicates to our clients and end users.
Manage the end-to-end execution of field training programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance standards.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for increasing program adoption and differentiation.
Monitor and measure the performance of initiatives focused on program adoption, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and guidelines to ensure all materials and activities related to program adoption are compliant.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on HCP engagement
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing healthcare marketing
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
