Responsibilities

Researches, writes, and edits a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, direct mail, advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
Develops creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the team of Graphic Designers and Project Coordinators.
Identifies tone and voice to write clear, persuasive, original copy.
Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and brand compliance.
Amends campaigns based on feedback from stakeholders.
Manages multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Engages in continued learning to strengthen writing skills and stay updated on marketing trends.
Ensures proper functionality of links in communications.
Collaborates with other writers in the office.

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or related field.
Approximately zero - two years of related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to understand and follow directions and work under limited supervision.
Must be able to work well with clients and co-workers and present a positive attitude while being courteous, detail-oriented, self-motivated, diligent, trustworthy, and possessing strong organizational skills.
Possess a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals. Ambition to grow and improve. Ability to think creatively and critically and problem solve efficiently. Must possess ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in English, Communication, or related field from a four-year college or university.
Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver.
