Responsibilities

Work with internal team and external appraiser managers for property valuation across portfolios quarterly.

Review Argus and excel valuation models for accuracy by crosschecking property records, asset management feedback, and market data.

Maintain market and asset-specific property data for timely valuation information.

Research national economic and real estate market trends and correlate with property valuations.

Develop ability to communicate valuation changes effectively in writing or verbally.

Complete reporting deliverables for clients professionally.

Support data tools and analysis for portfolio performance improvement.

Assist in preparing materials for board and valuation committee meetings.

Respond to regular and ad hoc requests.

Required

Experience in analyzing commercial real estate from an acquisition, lending, leasing, and/or appraisal perspective a plus.

Basic financial modeling skills using Excel and basic knowledge of the remaining Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with both internal and external constituents

Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to write various types of reports and business correspondence. Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively.

Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects

Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, a positive attitude and genuine passion for excellence

Highly developed attention to detail

Extremely organized with a talent for bringing order to new situations

Team player who enjoys and thrives in a collaborative environment

Minimum 0-2 years in commercial real estate or other business analysis/valuation, preferably within an institutional investment environment
