Responsibilities
Define the product strategy and roadmap for our SaaS offerings, aligning with the company’s vision and customer needs.
Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify market opportunities to guide product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new features and services to market, from concept to launch.
Define and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for future product iterations.
Prioritize product features and functionalities, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding product development progress, decisions, and outcomes.
Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and requirements specifications.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch to ensure ongoing competitiveness in the market.

Required
5+ years of product management or related experience in the SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
Knowledge of the Physical Security Industry desired
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
