Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with company goals

Lead and manage a team of two to three marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support

Implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new patients and enhance brand visibility

Utilize a range of marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional methods

Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns including creating reports for management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a B2C multi-brand environment out of a healthcare or medical/dental industry is strongly preferred

Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing the data to determine what worked & what didn't work

Expert Proficiency in digital organic marketing such as SEO, Email Marketing, Content marketing and Social Media Marketing (must have)

Proficiency in paid digital marketing such as SEM, EMM

Proficiency in MS Office; Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Very strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Willingness to work occasional OT during crunch time and occasional weekends (approximately 5 weekends/year for events as needed to support marketing activities)

Ability to travel about 20% of the time to offices in Northern NJ & Eastern PA
