Responsibilities
Manage the team responsible for designing, developing, and installing software solutions for the DCI application.
Determine operational feasibility and develop software solutions by studying information needs and system flow.
Responsible for relational database design and following the software development lifecycle.
Document and demonstrate solutions through various means like flowcharts, layouts, and clear code.
Improve operations by analyzing systems and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Ensure systems integration with all APIs and protect operations by maintaining information confidentiality.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Hiring and training development teams, managing vendors, and fostering a winning atmosphere.
Possess deep understanding of Computer Science concepts, modern software architecture, and CRM technologies.
Recognized expert in multiple technological areas and Agile software development methodologies.
Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen in handling large budgets and projects.
Maintain cybersecurity compliance and ensure proper protections for sensitive information.

Required
Bachelors or Masters degree in CS/CE or equivalent
10 years of general development experience
2-5 years of CRM development experience
Proficiency in SQL and general database architecture
Proficiency in MS Azure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full-stack development preferred with a focus on C# and .Net
Familiarity with PHP, SQL, Java, LAM
