Responsibilities

Work closely with SSOC teams to build and update Contract Administration Playbooks.

Partner with the Global Commercial Operations Excellence team on Process Improvement projects.

Review, evaluate, draft, and negotiate sales and services related documents for compliance.

Stay informed about policy and compliance changes through regular checks and training sessions.

Develop and update SOPs for drafting proposals and conduct trainings on policies and regulations.

Support SSOC with tasks related to price reasonableness, questionnaire responses, and FAR requests.

Assist in evaluating customer risk assessments, profiles, and contract strategies.

Support registration processes for compliance requirements and act as a back-up for the Supervisor.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or legal field or equivalent experience.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in contract management, training, and project management.

Firm understanding of commercial and government contracting, including Federal Acquisition Request (FAR).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance business needs with potential risks.

Meticulous and committed, with a strong focus on accuracy, integrity, and dedication.

Proven track record to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
