Responsibilities
Point of contact between Director of Family Services and various departments within the organization.
Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, coordinates meetings, arranges travel, and performs other administrative tasks.
Designs and edits drafts of correspondence, reports, forms, charts, memos, and other documents as needed.
Process check requests, manage petty cash, and ensure all invoices and requests are completed in accordance with fiscal policies and procedures.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Required
High school diploma required. AA preferred.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
Driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proven experience in administrative and secretarial roles.
Strong knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pass physical examination, background check, and fingerprinting screen.
