Responsibilities
Sets the technical direction for the development team and leads them in designing and developing business critical applications.
Establishes standards, best practices, and mentors team members.
Defines organizational objectives, delegates assignments, and gains consensus.
Leads project teams, provides coaching, and designs various tools for process automation.
Identifies, analyzes, and raises risks early in projects, recommends improvements, and solves complex problems.
Manages application performance levels and tests code against third party software.
Possesses extensive knowledge of domain, regulations, procedures, and practices.
Leads projects, has mastery in Agile methodologies, and expertise in Object Oriented design and development.
Proficient in test driven development, continuous integration deployment, and database/content management system query, design, and development.
Highly specialized in Java, Angular, AWS Technology Stack, and applicable front-end programming technologies and frameworks.

Required
Extensive knowledge of domain, regulations, procedures and practices of a specific discipline and/or business line
Project management experience including the ability to lead projects and project teams
Master in Agile development methodologies
Proficient knowledge of applicable development domain
Expertise with Object Oriented design and development including a thorough understanding of OO design patterns and practices
Proficient with test driven development
Continuous integration deployment experience
Expert with database or content management system query, design, and development
Highly specialized, technical skills in applicable programming technologies (Java, Angular, AWS Technology Stack)
