Responsibilities
Assist in the monthly preparation and consolidation of the EDA forecast
Collaborate with the four Business Units and the Sales organization to ensure timely and accurate forecast preparation
Create various analyses and presentations based on discussions with management
Utilize the Adexa reporting tool for administrative tasks
Support weekly revenue meetings and monitor Billings and Bookings
Validate revenue and gross margin figures between the ledger and Data Warehouse
Generate monthly and quarterly inventory reports and conduct analyses
Assist in the quarterly standard cost rollout
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses
Independently manage projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
Undertake system administration tasks
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and comprehend budgeting and forecasting processes

Required
Strong quantitative and analytical skills paired with business and financial acumen
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions effectively
Collaborative team player capable of building trust and rapport with other departments
Flexible and proactive approach to handling special projects, while efficiently managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
BS in Finance, Accounting or related
