Responsibilities

Provide oversight across multiple systems and vendors to ensure proper functionality.
Stay up to date with upgrades and new tools, and educate teams on their usage.
Configure knowledge objects like dashboards and alerts to identify areas for improvement.
Constantly seek ways to enhance the platform using the latest technology and implementation strategies.
Identify problem areas and improvement opportunities in a mission-critical network.
Translate metrics into actionable information to enhance team understanding of the network.

Required

Prior experience working with Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS)
Experience supporting an e-commerce platform
Knowledge of Packer, Terraform, and other Infrastructure as Code components necessary to automate build and deployment of systems
Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience being hands on in a Splunk, AWS or New Relic environment
Experience providing oversight across multiple systems and vendors to ensure they are working properly
Experience training and teaching new tools and upgraded software to teams across multiple systems
Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
Ability to obtain a Public Trust
