Responsibilities
Coordinates yearly physical inventory and cycle counting activities throughout the year.
Assists with process to ensure new products or changed products are brought into stock in a timely manner.
Prepares usage analysis reports on a regular basis to establish optimal levels of inventory.
Performs master file maintenance updates to facilitate the inventory replenishment process.
Oversees counting process, establishes counting teams, and secures reports and materials for yearly physical inventory.

Required
High School Diploma/GED
2 years experience working in inventory control
Familiarity with computerized MMIS
Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, and Access
Must possess and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work independently in a stressful changing environment
CMRP-Cert Materials & Resource Professional AHACC - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire
Preferred
Associate’s Degree in Business
