Responsibilities

Build quick, iterative experiments across the stack to develop features for the signup flows to improve conversion rates, user engagement, and retention.

Lead complex projects autonomously, from technical design to launch.

Lead code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes, especially on high-risk problems.

Collaborate with product, design, data, and marketing teams to build features supporting the product and content strategy.

Onboard and mentor junior engineers.

Required

6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer leading medium to large-scale projects.

Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

Enthusiasm for high-quality code that is documented and well-tested.

Experience working with experimentation platforms.
