Responsibilities

Provide phone, remote, and email support for 1000+ users on Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office 2016/365, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MDM, and iManage document management.
Utilize ISM (Ivanti Service Manager) as the ticketing system.
Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting technical issues.
Support Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, mobile devices, Citrix, and VPN problems.
Prioritize and manage user issues effectively.
Any legal experience or familiarity with document management systems is advantageous.
