8+ years of MEP consulting engineering experience
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
Professional Engineer (PE)
Leadership & management skills
Ability to generate revenue (has a current set of clients that would work with them at new office)

Desire to have major responsibility within the company
