Responsibilities

Design, implement, and further develop existing processes and tools.

Develop and maintain critical metrics and tools in multiple applications.

Drive modernization of standard tools and set up standard data sets for reporting.

Provide ad-hoc analytics and data-driven support for management reporting.

Integrate Excellence, Analytics, and Business Support into wider Supply Chain structures.

Research and collect data related to Transport, Warehousing, and Trade.

Perform research through various methods and evaluate findings.

Transfer logistic partner dynamics to a business context to support management decisions.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, and transportation companies.

Analyze sophisticated information in short periods of time.

Recommend risk/customer concern mitigation strategies to key partners.

Required

8+ years of global transportation sourcing experience

Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade and implement

Experience in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Coupa)

Strong leadership skills along with Proficiency in written and spoken English

Experience leading with cross-functional impact

Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment with excellent follow-through

Preferred

BA degree - MBA or graduate degree
