Responsibilities
Support the team in designing and executing strategic campaigns and initiatives.
Develop strategic content to build trust and engagement with the brand.
Work closely with IT and the Director of Strategic Communications to develop engaging content for employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
Contribute to IT project strategy and create content for better customer alignment and engagement.
Build content for employee engagement activities including new hire on-boarding, employee recognition, and internal newsletters.
Partner with HR to drive consistent branding for all recruiting initiatives.
Contribute to brainstorming and developing new ideas to continuously improve marketing and communications efforts.
Regularly measure and evaluate the success of deployed tactics and tools.
Manage projects to ensure content is publication-ready by launch deadline.
Provide copy review and guidance for internal and external communications.
Actively participate in and lead projects involving stakeholders across the organization.

Required
2 to 4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar field.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across an organization, developing relationships and understanding multiple viewpoints.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
Demonstrated ability to use multiple channels effectively to deliver content.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required
Preferred
Knowledge of basic design principles and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
