Responsibilities

Leadership: Guide interdepartmental project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to exact specifications

Coordination: Oversee team activities and produce agreed-upon deliverables with executive and functional management

Project Management: Manage projects, focusing on scope, schedule, and cost, using agile and stage-gate (waterfall) methodologies

Process Development: Create and implement procedures for new products/services

Change & Risk Management: Handle change control processes, identify risks, and respond to setbacks

Presenting: Weekly updates to C-Suite and Executive management teams (internal and external)

Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project status

Budget & Resource Planning: Manage project costs and plan for resource capacity
