Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Manage client projects
Lead business process reviews (BPRs) to define and document client processes
Hold meetings with clients
Design Salesforce and related AppExchange implementation solutions for clients
Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Quotes, CPQ, Conga Composer, and various additional Salesforce and related AppExchange products with Salesforce workflow tools, such as Flow and Approval Processes
Continuous training and learning about the Salesforce platform and related AppExchange products, including staying up to date on Salesforce’s releases
Data exporting and importing using tools such as Workbench, Data Loader, and Dataloader.io
Deployment from Sandbox to Production using Change Sets or DevOps packages, such as Copado Essentials
Train clients, both their admins on the Salesforce configuration and their trainers/end users on how to use the solution that was configured
Provide support to clients engaged in support agreements
Track time worked throughout the week and provide notes on work done for client project reporting

Required
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ and third party CLM solutions.
3+ years of experience leading Salesforce CPQ projects in a solution architect role dedicated to working on the Salesforce platform
Salesforce Certified Administrator, CPQ Specialist, and Sales Cloud Consultant required
Experience on projects with CPQ+ - Advanced Approvals, Order Management, and Usage Based Products
Ability to accurately scope a level of effort based on business processes and needs and translate them into tasks/user stories and prioritize them across a team
Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Ability to work from a home office
Strong attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate with clients in English
Must be able to legally work in the United States without requiring sponsorship of a visa for employment now or in the future
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant is a plus
Salesforce CPQ Billing experience is a plus
Experience on projects that integrate ERP systems, such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct
Experience on projects that integrate CLM systems, such as Conga CLM/Contracts for Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, or Ironclad
Experience working with Document Generation tools, such Conga Composer, DocuSign DocGen, and OmniScript as part of CPQ+
