Responsibilities

Brand Plan Execution: Manage tactics from strategy to execution and ensure alignment with the commercial brand plan.

Drive Asset Creation and Evolution: Create branded assets, programs, and tactics based on field and market research insights.

Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders: Lead the Field Insight Team and work with cross-functional teams to communicate the HCP strategy.

Provide Project Leadership: Lead projects from planning to execution, including budget management.

Lead Customer-Facing Roles: Direct commercial customer-facing teams on brand strategy and message implementation.

Oversee print and digital: Manage the submission of jobs into Veeva and ensure brand tactics compliance.

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in sales, marketing or other cross-functional leadership roles
