Responsibilities
Design elegant user-friendly software to transform the construction industry to be more efficient, lean, and green.
Work closely with users, PX team colleagues, and construction industry experts to identify core pains and goals.
Create designs and artifacts to solve identified problems, validated and iterated based on user feedback.
Communicate research, explorations, and conclusions to the team and others across the organization.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver elegant solutions to customers while balancing quality and consistency against business and technical needs.

Required
At least 6-10 years working in a professional UX design role, creating low to high fidelity designs to communicate concepts, flows and patterns to delivery teams and stakeholders
Proven track record of working on released products
Experience with planning, conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability testing)
Experience with Figma, Sketch or other design tools
Ability to present and articulate design decisions
Preferred
Experience working in an agile environment
Enterprise/SaaS product experience
Experience working on products servicing the construction industry

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
