Responsibilities
Oversee projects to ensure timely completion within budget
Develop detailed project plans, including tasks and milestones
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Build, manage, and motivate the project team for maximum performance
Delegate tasks to the appropriate team members
Serve as the central point of contact for the project
Provide project updates to stakeholders regarding progress and risks
Analyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to meet requirements
Evaluate project efficiency and effectiveness, identify shortcomings, and implement improvements

Required
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
5+ years of project management and medical/dental product experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
