Responsibilities

Requirements gathering to successfully develop curriculums

Ability to teach developed curriculums

Development of Training Manuals and Quick Reference Guides

Development of Instructional Videos

Ability to edit video into meaningful “Training on demand” sessions

Collaboration with internal teams

Delivering content to an LMS system

Provide basic web maintenance and management of applications posted to related resource links on the internal website (WordPress)

Designing and Controlling library structure/contents

Collaborate with participating Agencies to support their Training Efforts in support of Forfeiture Systems Applications to include videos, LMS course creation, manuals and guides

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience

Must be US Citizen with ability to obtain public trust clearance

Proficient understanding of Organizational Training

Proficient understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

Past experience with IBM Rational Products preferred

The candidate hired will possess and demonstrate hands-on experience with the following products or related competitor's products: Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Premier, WordPress, Photoshop/Illustrator
