Responsibilities

Partner with sales representatives to identify and address the needs of channel partners
Develop high-quality, engaging content and promotional materials to communicate DwyerOmega’s value proposition
Assist in developing strategies to increase partner engagement and satisfaction
Craft compelling marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers
Facilitate communication with channel partners to gather feedback and improve
Align content and messaging with broader marketing strategies
Coordinate with product teams to stay informed about updates and innovations
Engage directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and successes
Use insights from interactions to inform content development and program improvements
Ensure consistent and effective communication of targeted positioning and brand awareness messaging
Monitor trends in industries, geographies, and clients; support research initiatives
Support team through event planning, sponsorships, and award submissions
Coordinate implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing campaigns
Visit channel partners and customers to understand their needs and develop supporting content
Willingness to travel up to 25-30%

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications (PR), Journalism, or Business
3-10 years experience in marketing, marketing communications, or field marketing preferably in a B2B environment. Sales experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills-including effective storytelling and presentation skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a customer-centric focus and commitment to quality.
Ability to ask good questions, look beyond the obvious, and see the “big picture.”
Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction.
Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Proficient in MS Office suite-including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel
Ability to remain focused, connected and driven in a remote working environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
