Proven Business Growth Experience: Demonstrated expertise in driving business growth, with a focus on business development and selling consulting, advisory, and assessment services, particularly in the GRC domain. Deep understanding of market dynamics is essential.

Regulatory Frameworks Familiarity: Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards related to digital technologies, especially artificial intelligence, is advantageous.

TICC Industry Experience: Experience in the TICC industry, particularly in management systems or domains related to digital trust, is a significant plus.

Customer Relations and Market Insights: Ability to create and maintain excellent customer relations, converting customer needs and market insights into value propositions, service descriptions, and customer offerings that drive continuous business growth.

Educational Background: A university degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields. Alternatively, a proven track record in business development for consulting, advisory, or assessment services with a different university degree may be accepted.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Additional languages relevant to key markets of Nemko Digital are an advantage.
