Responsibilities

Works closely with Process teams to understand business requirements and transform designs into application software.

Creates technical designs, program code, and unit tests based on functional requirements.

Evaluates alternatives to determine optimal technical solutions for business needs.

Understands SAP development framework, application, and technical architecture.

Identifies performance optimization opportunities and redesigns applications using new ABAP syntaxes.

Develops programs with clean core and cloud-ready approach using new SAP ABAP tools.

Debugs code for functional and performance issues.

Performs POC of SAP new BTP capabilities for business use cases.

Available for critical issues during non-working hours as per team support schedule.

Required

Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of experience, masters degree with 8+ years of experience

Agile methodologies, scrum and kanban framework experiences

Experience supporting deployments, including scoping, design, localization, testing, Go Live, and transition to AMS (Application Management Support)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders

Resources with 10+ years of experience, must have hands-on experience with ABAP Development, CDS view, OData services API, new S4 HANA ABAP syntaxes and API testing with POSTMAN

Well conversant with RICEFW developments and hands-on experience with SAP new UX Fiori

Well experience with B2B and B2C integration with the SAP using APIs

Design, develop and support application solutions within S/4 HANA

Performance improvements by leveraging SAP code pushdown approach and using SAP standard Core Data Services (CDS) and Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Managed Database Procedure (AMDP)

ABAP RESTful programing, SAP Classical and developer extensibilities

SAP ALE/IDOC, BAPIs, Rest APIs and webservices

SAP Adobe forms
