Responsibilities
Manage quality assurance for new product introductions in alignment with company policies.
Oversee product manufacturing to ensure alignment with engineering documentation and manufacturing methods.
Lead APQP meetings, complete checklists, and document issues on the APQP action item matrix.
Develop test methods and procedures to support product validation.
Conduct performance validation tests to ensure products meet customer specifications.
Generate comprehensive reports for performance validation tests.

Required
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
