Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of new products, using CAD software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings.

Conduct comprehensive product testing using a range of test equipment and measurement instrumentation to ensure all designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and sales to ensure products are designed for manufacturability and meet customer needs.

Utilize Creo and Windchill for product lifecycle management, from initial concept through to production and beyond.

Continually evaluate existing products and processes for potential improvements, and implement these improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product performance.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers, and act as a mentor to foster their professional development.

Keep informed of the latest developments in the engineering industry, and apply this knowledge to your work to ensure products remain at the forefront of the market.
