Responsibilities

Manage and oversee financial aspects of grants, ensuring compliance with standards.
Prepare, analyze, and interpret complex financial reports and projections, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Assist in the development and implementation of budgets and financial plans.
Utilize Salesforce to manage and track grant-related financial data.
Work closely with the Grants team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for grant-funded projects.
Provide support in the preparation of audit materials and facilitate external audits.
Collaborate with various departments to understand financial needs and provide appropriate guidance.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Non-Profit industry.
Strong ability to analyze financial reports and manage month-end processes.
Experience with grant analysis and financial management.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

Preferred

Knowledge of federal, state, and local funding sources and grant-related compliance requirements is a plus.
