Responsibilities
Develop and execute the security product roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs, and market trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements for successful product launches
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Partner with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient development of security solutions
Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to position security solutions effectively
Provide thought leadership on security technologies, trends, and share knowledge with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor on security matters
Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends to drive continuous improvement

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Seven (7+) years of experience in product management, with a focus on security solutions
Proven experience developing and launching successful security products and managing security roadmaps
Strong understanding of security technologies such as SWG, CASB, RBI, ZTNA, etc.
Knowledge of cloud security, network security, endpoint security, and data security
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving product development in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
