Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert to define business requirements and objectives
Prioritize product roadmaps, set goals, and track progress
Liaise between product business owners, quality assurance, and engineering partners
Recommend and implement best practices into new solutions
Gather, interpret, and document requirements to establish business rules and processes
Communicate weekly status reports
Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment
Partner with analytics team to measure the impact of product changes
Mentor technical staff and lead product teams in Agile methodologies

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in a related position
Experience in performing application GAP analysis and process design flows
Experience in working with internal users to define system requirements
Experience in documenting technical specifications for ATG Commerce Suite, ATG Content Administration (ATG BCC), and ATG Fulfillment Module
Experience in developing Proof of Concept using front-end technologies such as jQuery, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Ajax
Experience in defining service contracts for API development such as RESTFUL/SOAP web microservices
Database and storage knowledge including SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL databases
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights
