Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership in writing and editing automated test code for testing products and software.

Develop test architecture, strategies, and automation frameworks.

Build CI/CD utilities and perform CI/CD using Jenkins, Concourse, and Github.

Maintain the automation codebase in a version control system.

Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and diagnose broken test cases.

Create automated testing documentation and validate product quality.

Develop and maintain code that validates front-end, middleware, and database systems.

Guide and mentor junior-level engineers.

Required

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Seven (7) years of experience writing test automation scripts

Seven (7) years of experience performing regression testing, exploratory testing, acceptance testing, and performance testing

Seven (7) years of experience working with test case and defect management tools, including JIRA, Octane, or any other related test case and defect management tool

Seven (7) years of experience creating and maintaining test plans, test suites, and test cases

Seven (7) years of experience developing test architecture, strategies, and automation frameworks

Five (5) years of experience designing and building applications and automation frameworks using JavaScript or Java

Five (5) years of experience performing data- and behavior-driven testing

Five (5) years of experience writing test automation scripts using Cypress or Selenium, and Cucumber

Five (5) years of experience building CI/CD utilities using Shell scripting

Five (5) years of experience performing CI/CD using Jenkins, Concourse, or Github

Three (3) years of experience working within Unix and Linux operating systems

Three (3) years of experience using AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, and S3
