Responsibilities

Analyzing performance data to measure lift driven by marketing efforts

Partnering with internal and external marketing teams to recommend shifts in strategy based on data analysis

Forecasting and creating scenarios for marketing initiatives

Building scalable solutions using Python and/or R

Designing, executing, and analyzing results from incrementality/lift studies and A/B tests

Ingesting and structuring marketing data for future usage with the data engineering team

Building relationships with stakeholders across the organization

Required

7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, plus other analytics functions, strategy consulting, or investment banking

3+ years of experience owning marketing attribution across multiple channels at a consumer technology company

Familiarity with digital marketing or analytics tools/platforms (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, DoubleClick, Facebook, SA360, Tableau, Looker, Amplitude)

Experience with MMM / MTA models and expertise with regression-based measurement approaches

Passion for measuring performance for both digital marketing and offline marketing, conducting incrementality / lift studies, and running other A/B tests related to marketing

Expertise in SQL as well as Python and/or R

A BA/BS in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, statistics

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Humility. You believe in treating all people with dignity and respect, regardless of title or tenure

Preferred

An MBA or MA/MS in a quantitative field is a plus
