Responsibilities

Partner closely with multiple PMs, Engineers, Test Managers, and Business Partners to enhance the site experience for Walmart+ verticals.

Analyze clickstream data to understand customer interactions and pain points on the site.

Design A/B tests and utilize statistical analysis to drive the analytics strategy for the Product Management team.

Implement ML models and causal inferencing techniques to optimize product features.

Create effective reporting and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Splunk.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field

Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field

5 years' experience in an analytics or related field

Preferred

Data science, machine learning, optimization models

Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics

Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R

Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
