Responsibilities
Deliver a complete range of standard and custom AV designs
Handle ambiguity and assist in cross-regional projects
Contribute to product strategy and seek guidance when needed
Understand technology capabilities, anticipate risks, and effectively communicate with customers
Maintain partnerships with stakeholders and coordinate with global teams
Prevent or mitigate challenging situations, identify errors, and suggest solutions
Comprehend high-level business context, contribute to process improvement, and optimize cross-team processes
Train and mentor team members, work with external partners, and contribute to improvement programs

Comprehensive understanding of defined AV & Network products and processes
Ability to anticipate risks and mitigate them
Effective communication with non-tech customers
Ability to influence customer decisions

Capability to work independently and seek guidance as needed
