Responsibilities
Ensure Community Development maximizes its technology resources through periodic reviews and training.
In coordination with our vendor ProLink, help provide guidance to staff on how to use the system best as well as help define new functionality requirements that the vendor may be able to build into the system.
Provide system support specific to ProLink, Procorem, and custom software that supports CHFA’s Community Development business processes and activities.

Required
Strong commitment to making a positive difference in communities across the state
Enthusiasm for participating in projects related to technology solutions within Community Development
Capability to prioritize work to adhere to deliverables and timelines amidst competing priorities
Ensure Community Development maximizes its technology resources through periodic reviews and training
Provide system support specific to ProLink, Procorem, and custom software supporting CHFA’s Community Development business processes and activities
Advocate for business needs and translate those needs into system configurations to create necessary system functionality
