Responsibilities

Work collaboratively across the entire Vanna team to design and implement Vanna’s clinical, operational, financial, and product KPIs

Conduct ad-hoc analyses for internal stakeholders and clients, and present findings in a way that drives maximum impact

Evolve core data models to support emerging use cases, and develop frameworks and testing strategies to keep data quality high

Build out the reporting and dashboarding layer in support of self-service analytics

Own the input layer to the data platform, and work directly with Vanna’s clinicians to ensure that the data ingested is clinically valid and analytically relevant

Partner with data engineers to evolve internal data tooling

Work with the engineering team to integrate algorithms and other analytical outputs into user-facing applications
