Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager including managing company calendars, scheduling meetings and conferences, etc.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Manage customer accounts within internal database; create new accounts when necessary, validate shipping and billing addresses, contact information, etc.
Assist with customer correspondence; update customers on shipments when items are delayed in transit
Special projects as needed

Required
1 year of corporate administrative experience
Experience working in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize
