Responsibilities

Leads strategic transactions including mergers & acquisitions, divestments, strategic investments, and partnerships

Develops, evaluates, and executes strategic plans for new and existing businesses and growth initiatives

Supports strategic M&A and divestments through all phases of the deal lifecycle (target identification, due diligence, M&A modeling, deal management)

Negotiates and executes strategic investments in the fintech and financial services eco-system

Develops and executes business plans for new and existing strategic organic initiatives for the firm

Required

1-3 years of Investment Banking, corporate development or similar experience

Strong financial modelling skills, with a high level of Excel proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confidence and ability to interact effectively with senior firm leadership

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines

Strong knowledge of and interest in the financial services industry

Ability to think strategically and analytically, and to review and synthesize information and form independent judgements

Ability to think through and solve critical financial and strategic challenges, as well as perform macroeconomic forecasting and individual stock analysis
