Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative strategies for UK Ecom Brand, with a focus on the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and effective advertising campaigns
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to inform strategy development
Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize creative strategies and campaigns
Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative assets
Communicate and present strategy recommendations to internal stakeholders

Required
3-4 years of experience in creative strategy, with a focus on the ecom DTC space
Expertise in advertising and creating impactful ad campaigns
Strong understanding of the UK market and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work full time in an employed capacity, with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week
Must be based in the UK or near London, with a strong understanding of the local market
Fluent in English
Proven track record of successful creative strategy development and implementation in the ecom industry
