Responsibilities
Collecting and reporting on company Repair and Maintenance income and profit
Collecting and reporting on the daily timeliness and efficacy of the company’s maintenance and repair functions
Receiving inbound service requests and assisting in triage, scheduling, and tracking of service efforts
Taking a role in maintenance scheduling and tracking
Facilitating communication with owners about maintenance, repairs, waiting parts, approvals, and service changes
Communicating repair and related events with guests
Coordinating with the remote concierge team, maintenance personnel, and stakeholders for corrective actions
Obtaining Vendor quotes
Assisting in communicating owner work orders, statements, and invoices
Reviewing onboarding form submissions and inspection reports
Communicating questions, findings, and action-items
Scheduling deep cleans and photoshoots for onboarding properties
Assisting in issue escalations as needed

Required
Very good verbal and written communication
Functional familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint
An aptitude for learning and operating software used by the company
Self-driven with a limited need for persistent supervision
Results-oriented, with the ability to complete smaller tasks quickly
Ability to balance customer and company needs using best practices
Preferred
Familiarity with short-term rentals or property management
Location: Preferably Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, but not required
