Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the D365 platform.
Lead the development and customization of D365 features, including configuration, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
Design and implement scalable and efficient D365 solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth integration of D365 with other systems and applications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of D365 solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the D365 ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
Strong expertise in configuring and customizing D365 features, including workflows, forms, and reports.
Experience as a F&O developer
Proficient in development using X++, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
In-depth knowledge of D365 data structures, security models, and development methodologies.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead a development team.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, such as MB-300 and MB-500, are highly desirable.
