Responsibilities
Analyse existing SAS Stored Process-based reports to understand their structure, data sources, and business logic.
Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports that replicate the functionality and data of the current SAS reports.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that the new Tableau reports meet their needs and expectations.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to prepare it for use in Tableau.
Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the transition from SAS to Tableau.
Document the conversion process, including data mapping, report logic, and user guides.
Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices to continually improve reporting solutions.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
Proven experience with SAS and Tableau, including report development and data visualization.
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Strong knowledge of SAS, including SAS Stored Processes and data integration techniques.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
Experience with other BI tools and technologies.
Certification in Tableau or SAS.
Understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
