Responsibilities

Responsible for member outreach with support from regional and local teams, logging interventions, and updating the intervention tracker tool.

Manage NCAL pilot sites, engage with the regional team to test the Loyalty Score, and guide local teams through assess, design, and test phases.

Focus on loyalty scores and accuracy testing, engaging with members through phone, text, and in-person communication.

60% project management tasks with weekly syncs, and 40% assessing and testing interventions including phone calls, texts, and on-site support.

Conduct operations analysis, business analysis, project management, data analysis, and requirements gathering tasks with a customer service focus.
