Responsibilities
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for various training programs
Design learning paths and curriculums using blended approaches
Conduct needs analysis for future learning strategies
Set instructional end goals and create matching content
Consult with division leaders and subject matter experts to create training solutions
Provide exercises and activities to enhance the learning process
Manage learning results reporting and validate training effectiveness
Maintain project documentation and course folders

Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in training & development, education or related field is preferred.
5 years of experience in curriculum design and asset creation that includes online learning, instructor-led learning, and train-the-trainer learning.
Experience with Instructional Design and accepted adult learning methodologies.
Proficient knowledge of eLearning authoring software (Storyline by Articulate or Dominknow preferred).
Proficiency with Office (especially PowerPoint and basic Excel), eLearning authoring software, Adobe Creative Suite.
Must be able to travel up to 10%.
Preferred
Facilitation experience a plus.
Multi-media experience a plus (such as video, audio, desktop publishing).
Experience with Project Management software a plus (we use Wrike).
Education related or software related certification a plus.
