Responsibilities
Delivering internal monthly financial reporting to all levels of the business
Creating detailed quarterly forecasts as well as an annual budget
Providing budget, forecast, and variance analysis
Building financial models to evaluate opportunities to maximize ROI
Collaborating with accounting to improve financial reporting and processes
Being a key business partner to all areas of the business and providing insightful analysis and reporting to help the organization achieve its goals
All other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
2+ years related experience and/or training
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
The ability to process large amounts of data and make a story out of it
Excellent communication skills
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
