Responsibilities
Identify and target potential enterprise clients within designated markets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand within enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Understand the unique business challenges and goals of each client and propose solutions that address their needs. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer success) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to strategically position of client's offerings. Provide feedback to the product team on market needs and emerging trends.
Track and report on key sales metrics, such as pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

Required
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in the [industry/sector]. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and solution-based selling techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to work independently.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, technology or relevant sector is highly desirable
Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the enterprise market.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and solutions.
